Astute Leaders Circle — Membership Expression of Interest

The Astute Leaders Circle is an exclusive coaching, mentoring and accountability programme for ECE centre owners and senior leaders who want to build stronger, more compliant and higher-performing services.

This is not generic business coaching. It is practical, execution-focused support built by experienced ECE operators who understand the realities of leading childcare services in New Zealand.

Membership includes:

• Fortnightly financial and operational analysis covering occupancy, wage percentages, revenue performance, profitability indicators and operational KPIs
• Monthly coaching, mentoring and strategic guidance including annual planning, budget support, quarterly business reviews, QIP, EC3C auditing and Health and Safety accountability
• Monthly Q&A and peer support sessions with a trusted network of growth-focused ECE operators
• Full access to the Astute Education resource library including policies, templates, checklists, compliance frameworks and planning tools

Membership details:

• Launching 13 July 2026
• Capped at 20 services nationally
• 7 places already confirmed (13 remaining)
• Competing services within the same geographic catchment area are not accepted, ensuring members can discuss their business openly

Investment: $420 + GST per week

Entry is selective and based on leadership mindset, operational standards, commitment to improvement and willingness to actively participate.
